Support through difficult life periods

A place to talk when life feels heavy or hard to manage.

Lorraine can provide personal support during difficult life periods and help you consider what may help you move forward. This is routine counselling support, not emergency response or 24-hour crisis care.

For immediate danger, call 911. For suicide-crisis support, call or text 988.

Confidence and self-esteem

Support for rebuilding how you see yourself.

Difficult experiences, conflict, and long periods of pressure can affect confidence. Lorraine supports clients who want to strengthen self-esteem and work toward personal goals without promising a specific result.

Mediation

A structured conversation when conflict needs a practical way forward.

Lorraine brings a mediation background and can discuss whether mediation is appropriate for the situation. Mediation is not legal advice, and no legal or court outcome is implied.

Veteran and anger support

Dedicated information for two important areas.

Veteran support and anger management each have their own page so you can understand Lorraine’s approach before calling.

Lorraine has a private office, may offer online appointments where eligible, and may be able to come to another agreed location. Details are arranged during the first phone conversation.

There is no automatic long-term commitment. Some people may need a few visits and others may need longer support. Lorraine discusses the process with you.

Lorraine will be honest about fit and can discuss another direction or referral where possible.

Lorraine respects client privacy and discusses confidentiality, including its professional and legal limits, before services move forward. Avoid including private or urgent details in an initial voicemail or email.
